Great value, room was impressive, staff were amicable. We got a room with a tub. Also, location was stunning, at walking distance from Kichic. The property was located about 20 minutes walk from the city center.

The hotel facilities are top-notch, with everything being clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff, especially Alex, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and were impressed with its quality.

Spent Christmas in a beautiful location with a stunning beach and great restaurant service. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amazing green areas to walk around. The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is located uphill, which means carrying your bags and climbing stairs to get to your room. The pool is small and not well maintained.

We had a fantastic time at El Mirador! The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, when we ate at the restaurant closer to the rooms, the food was much better. Despite this minor setback, our overall experience at El Mirador De was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
